FIDUCIA is a full service IT provider. One of its focus points is providing full service, including customised software, to the Volksbanks (Cooperative Banks) and private Banks in Germany.
In 2017 they had over 5k employees.

Started to work at FIDUCIA, the supercomputer center for 470 banks in southern Germany, near the Black Forest.
I must say I am impressed that they are able to supply banking services to several million customers in real time.
